Polymarine 2-Component Hypalon Adhesive

This 250 ml 2-component adhesive is ideal for repairing Hypalon inflatable boats and is also suitable for boats made of materials such as Dynalon, Strongon, and Hypertex (see Hypalon adhesives). The glue is resistant to seawater and heat, and provides a strong bond for durable repairs.

Application and processing:

• Use a brush, roller, or spatula to apply the adhesive to the surface.
• It takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes for the adhesive to bond properly.
• After application, the adhesive requires 48 hours to fully cure and provide a strong, long-lasting connection.

Important points to note before you begin gluing:

• Ensure the workspace is well-ventilated, warm, and dry.
• Avoid using open flames or heat sources, as the solvents in the adhesive are highly flammable.
• Do not use the adhesive if it has been mixed for longer than 4 hours.
